Ready stock item purchased through our website.

You can cancel your order as long as we have not dispatched it yet. Contact our customer service at support@kayulamahome.com immediately, and we will cancel your order and issue a refund.

Unfortunately, we can't cancel your order once dispatched. 

Custom orders 

Once confirmed, we can't cancel your custom orders.

 RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

This item is damaged when it arrived.

If your item is damaged when it arrives you can immediately ask the delivery service to take it back, then inform us about the return. If it is not possible, you can contact our customer service at support@kayulamahome.com to arrange a pick-up time that is convenient for you.

We will handle the uninstalling & re-packing. There will be no return charges.
