For furniture items we use a local trucking service, and Kobra delivery service for small items.
For local delivery service, our staff will contact you trough Whatsapp or email to discuss about delivery details once your order is confirmed.
For Kobra delivery service, your item will arrive within 2-4 business days. But you can contact us and we will track your order for you.
Returns and Refunds
Our quality team always re-checks before shipment to ensure your orders are in a good condition. However, if we missed it, notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or a refund.
